Edgar Castelan is a proud son of the Glen Avon neighborhood who cares about making Jurupa Valley better. He has spent the last six years serving his community to bring much needed resources to improve our recreation areas that families use every single day.
Edgar was first elected as a JARPD Board Director in 2020, and knows that the needs of District 3 go beyond parks. As our city continues to grow at a rapid pace, we need smart development that respects our unique rural heritage while ensuring our infrastructure, roads, water, and public safety can keep up.
